A Precious thing

A Precious thing

As spring rolls around

And the flower's begin to bloom

The sun shines bright

When she enters the room

The snow begins to melt

And the creeks start to flow

I see her loving face

And my heart fills with glow

She's been in my life since I was quite young

This sweet little lady so full of fun

My love for her is such a precious thing

Like a wonderful melody

I am anxious to sing

Though  spring  turns to summer

And summer to fall

Our love still grows cause after all

This sweet young lady

I have come to know

Is the daughter I call
