The price

The price

The price of love, man,
love is a curse.
You probably never heard.
Once you get chewed and spit out
all thatĀ is left are pennies left to be cashed out.

Those splendid one dollar bills,
you choose to have thrills,
but it's those one hundred dollar bills you truly feel.

Then when you feel you finally have one it's hard to notice,
you end up breaking it into sums.

Spend it on useless twenty dollar moments,Ā
to find yourself in comparison of those in question.

As you ask yourself where is it really going?

Spending all that money what are you really holding?

Save your time and put it away
save it for that rainy day, because you just mind find that one hundred dollar bill.

Money and love... an interesting and very unique concept. Loved the idea and creativity of this work. What a mind you must have ;)
