In these short lines you have managed to convey your contentment with life Shirley and that is a wonderful thing. I imagine it takes a confident and adventurous spirit to settle in a different world...you go girl 😊😊

Didn't I ever tell you that a pseudonym of mine is the very palatable Rory as you know him, but the honest to goodness name my parents gave me is Jamie? Well, there's a darker side, you should know, Jimbo, the alterego, because instead of Jamie I get James. Mine is Ed Norton from Chuck Palahniuk's Fight club. One day I'll change the fabric of society as we all know it, then they'll be sorry, they'll all be sorry. We do what we have to to survive, survival means being as close to our authentic selves as is tolerable.

How wonderful this review is dear Rory, I believe my mother wanted to call me Molly, but believe or not I always wanted to be called Jamie, how funny, hey I wouldn't change me or my personality for anything in the world, I know it's a massive statement.  and I often wonder did the writer of Bridget Jones some how use me as her muse, I honestly have a very similar personality to this here Bridget. when I watch these films they immediately bring me home to all those wonderful pubs I used to make a show of myself in when I was young and care free ah those were the days. Thank you for this most cherished chat my friend. 🌹
