Prison walls

Prison walls

Don't forget the flowers
What they say to you
In the brief life;
For the old and the new
The flower is looking into you
To see your soul
Whether it's pure and whole
Out of these dark caves
The flower is growing
To surprise your own
To look into your eye
In black hues,
Of madness where you lay there
In white sheets, this
Flower is looking into you
It is looking into your soul
Behind these prison walls
From which you cannot escape
