Prom

I am rubish at talking to girls I like so writing poems is easier than talking to them. So this is how I'm going to ask this girl to prom.

Asking you to prom would bring me down to my knees.
I don't know why but I haven't stop thinking of you since we met.
The day was dark but you made it bright.

When I talk to you I freak out because I know I have no chance with you.
But that won't stop me from trying.
I know we could make it work but what about what they say. The scarcest thing is what you would say.

You have cheered me up without knowing,
You have been on my mind since we met.
My first and last thought of the day is? Guess. You!
If I had the guts to ask you my life would be a lot better and different.

I know what you like,
I know what you dislike,
But I don't know if you like me.

I wish that I will ask you out,
The answer would make you + me,
I hope it does go well,
I need your number to plan ahead,
I know that are prom is far,
It could go far with us,
It would really help me concentrate.
