Prongs (A marauders poem)🦌
For dear prongsy, whom I missed out on last time

Dusty hazel eyes,
Warm echoing laugh,
A smile that could charm the socks off a troll,
Windswept, messy hair always out of place,
Lopsided, cheeky yet charming grin,
Bravery,
Daring,
Courage,
Loyalty, every aspect of a true Gryffindor,
Lovestruck devotion to a fiery red headed angel,
Proud, dusty stag pelt,
Blending with the shadows under the piercing moonlight,
Powerful, sharp prongs protruding from his head,
Echoing bellow flowing across the forest,
Mischief in his very blood,
Living the dream he always wanted,
Gryffindor until the very end,
Protect his family even past death,
Mischief Managed,
Hail Prongs, Arrogant toerag, crazy prankster,
Loving father.

Hi Magic! I really enjoyed this one. Although I probably can't compare in being a Harry Potter fan (Never finished reading the books lol ;)) Really liked the subtle intricacies in this! Hope you are well my friend, love your work. Your biggest fan, Max
Thanks Max, it did take me a while to get through the books but once I read them I loved them! Thanks for the comment
Magic a more than well written and presented poem
And wasn't he featured in the Prisoner of Azkaban the third book ?
Great poem and pinned to email to my daughter who is a Harry Potter fan and still wears the Gryffindor scarf especially this winter.
Five stars I'm trying to give but it seems Voldemort is up to no good again.
Thanks for writing and sharing and will try again and bestow your five deserved stars.
And enjoy poetry and life and all the good they have to offer.
Thank you, this one did take some time since we never learn too much about James Potter. If your daughter likes harry potter, you could have a look at my other two marauders poems? One for Padfoot and one for Moony
