Poem -

Queen

Once upon a fairy tale,
In a vast land of dreams,
There, sat a little girl,
Pretending to be a queen.

For everything around,
Held nothing but destruction.
And so, in her little head,
She ruled over her creation.

Because out in the real world,
Where dreams did not come true,
Held a life of continous drama,
Where she would often lose.

And so, in this land of paradise,
She sits upon her throne.
And with a smile she hums and sighs,
Content with her new home.

Once upon a fairytale,
In a vast land of hope,
There, sat a broken girl,
Just trying to cope.

For everything around,
Was a torn up, broken mess.
And so, in her little head,
She made the bad less.
