I remember when Accessory to murder was consider deter a crime...
If you watched the State of the Union Address the other night...
The smiles and chatter when they talked about Laken Riley and then Biden couldn't even say her name right as if that wasn't bad enough but, he continued to say about the 1,000's of murderers that have taken place by the illegal which of course he had to apologize to the criminals and said he shouldn't have said illegal but, he should have said undocumented which isn't the truth either...
He was released from jail in 2022...
But, to see the half smiles of not just members of Congress and other Democrats but, also Kamala Harris the Vice President to Joe Biden was disgusting, appalling and the left had a fit because he said illegal...
Does that mean that we no longer can say illegal and Accessory to murder is no longer a crime?
Knowing the concerns are only with maybe half of this Country and they friends to the World including our enemies...
There's no need for concern of the safety because, they just need votes?
I haven't found anyone who says it makes sense...
Whatever Biden was on the other night it appeared it was a time release thing because, every time it must have gone ding his eyes popped...
One thing I can agree with is I wouldn't mind having some of that...

I have and will never be a Joe Biden fan and I really wish the old geezer would not run again..He mucked up the immigration policies and made a long existing problem worse.. I say "long existing" because as long as we have had borders bad people have ALWAYS come across bringing crime,drugs, and pain.. I have zero problem with people blaming Biden
for this issue and his way too late reaction to it but it bothers me when people act like these problems all began in 2021 when Biden took over..
Politicizing the tragic murder of Laken Riley does not solve the problem
but solving problems does not seem to be the way of either political party
these days..What a shame..
It's like when people blame Trump for the over a million American COVID
deaths because of his embarrassing lame response to the crisis.. The person at the top gets blamed, the other side piles on and scores political points as innocent people suffer... We really need to break this blame cycle and all do better

I am not a lawyer, but I believe accessory to murder is still a crime but it does require concrete direct evidence in order to prosecute someone..
If you are referring to charging President Biden, we will all have to wait for the Supreme Court to rule on former President Trump's interesting claim that presidents are immune from criminal prosecution for crimes they commit while in office,, What a Pandora's box that would open if Trump's favorite court rules in his favor to keep him out of jail
