We, the Jewish people,
emerge from the shadow of the Holocaust
with an unwavering affirmation of life.
Our spirit,
unbroken by the atrocities we have faced,
demands recognition of our inherent right to exist.
We declare: -
Our history bears witness to resilience. -
Our suffering commands remembrance and justice. -
Our future is anchored in the right to self-determination. -
Our presence is a testament to survival against all odds. -
Our unity transcends the tragedy we have endured.
We vow to remember,
to rebuild,
and to renew.
Our existence is our defiance;
our continuity, our victory.

I am not excusing the Israeli actions against the people of Gaza, Israelis should be held accountable for the deaths of the Palestinians.
As should Hamas be held accountable for the deaths of Israelis and other nationals in the horrific attacks in October 2023
The most poignant remembrance I have, is the reciting of the Thai national who was wounded in the 2023 attacks, where Hamas proceeded to hack at his neck with a garden hoe despite his repeated cries for mercy, and after repeated blows at his neck with the garden hoe, hacked his head off.
