Rainbow rim

Rainbow arching across a dark blue foreboding sky
raindrops fall and blur my eyes
yet still I see the radiant colours and the hues
of the rainbow set against the blue
underneath grows rustic orange branched trees
with peeling bark reaching efortlessy
in to the sky framed within
the beautiful colourful rainbow created rim
and below the trees lay grass so verdant and lush green
helping to set up the most amazing of scenes
natures beauty in all of it’s glory telling a tale of creations story.
