RARE

feelings are so rare
they hit you and they’re there
not expecting to be overcome
your feelings become to succumb 
but what can you do
when you don’t know what to do
something’s there, that’s so rare
you don’t even know how it came there
so all of a sudden 
your overcome
feeling numb
starting to realise
it’s out your control
but what can you do
but carry on
