Raven's Eternal Moon

From my Raven collection

Raven's Eternal Moon

My darling

if you ever had doubts of my love
know that since you've been gone
my heart has too

I'm lost within my very soul
I sleep alone
yet, I dream of you

the only thing I hold in my palms
are tears of blood
the very blood drained from my broken heart
from my aching eyes
tears of lost love

and as they slip through my fingers

             so do you

my beloved darling
if you ever had doubts
of my love
know this…

even though the Raven
has visited me
from within the wrinkles of the great moon

I will still be awaiting...
your return.

Very well (what is the difference between) worded and pend?

Sir, the difference would be carefully arranging what we want to say into pictures or and emotions. We can all throw words onto a piece of paper but if the reader doesn't feel nor believe then they are somewhat wasted. Thank you dear Rory, always a pleasure to interact with you dear Poet. 🌹
