Poem -

Real This Time

You are a phantom made flesh
A spectre of my design
Come to haunt me in dreams
Trying to trick me into believing
That there was a man like you
Strong and loyal and true
Filled with the need to be a man
Not a facsimile taken in
By movies and everyda bey pulp fiction
Love should be a benediction not
s defilement or addiction
It should stand as  a sacred gift
Allowing ecstasy in fleshly form
I caress your face with my mind
Not wanting to disturb your smile
With a lesser plan of mine
i am giddy with a sense sublime
You could be real babe this time

Hello Susanna :) I really enjoyed this. For me it talks about the deeper meaning to love. That it is more than the tactile pleasures of the physical forms. How dreams can manifest to us our perfect soulmate. Give us clues that they are real and out there searching in turn for us. A dreamy and delightful read

Being Me

This is well written and lovely to read. There is another story running on between the lines here I think...well, it seems that way. Great work. Pinned to read again x

This is an incredible piece of writing as the others commented. I had to read to again...and maybe Tina is right about another story running behind it. I loved it. Great piece on love. Px
