Reasons To Live

Please just live for one more day,

I’ll try my best to make the pain go away,

Put down the razor,

Don’t light the lighter,

Instead ignite the hope that’s on the inside,

Don’t listen to them,

They don’t know you,

But I can tell you one thing that’s true,

You are beautiful in every way,

Amazing at everything you do and say,

And you deserve to live for the rest of your days.

Your future looks great,

Don’t worry about what they say,

You’ve got reasons to live,

And that’s the next thing I’ll say,

One reason is to find your faith,

The lord’s just giving you a test,

A chance to comeback to him,

To fall in his arms,

And to stay there free of harm,

You’ve got a gift,

I don’t care what they say,

No matter your gift,

Use it anyways,

 No gift is too big or too small,

Everyone has a gift even if it doesn’t seem that way at all,

There are so many reasons,

I can’t name them all,

Some are big and some are small,

No matter which one that keeps you living,

Just know that the first step is believing,

In yourself and in others too.
