Red Roses

Red Roses

A bed of tears,
I lay to sleep,
Black roses fall,
No red I keep,
Trapped in guilt,
Trapped in my own mind,
I see the way out,
A few steps away.
Red roses begin to fall,
Fall with passion and love,
Free to leave,
I stand before God,
Knowing my black roses,
Are now red.
