Nightmare of Mendacity

From east to west, limpid river flows,
Like a million amethysts, it glistens and glows,
Then, two alike beams sprout with sheen,
Suddenly, a pesky realm of drought gets even,
There's a crimson sky with rainbows,
Even the stars lie for no to boos,
They cuddle amidst the dusk,
Vow love in a mist of their mask,
Keeping the cryptic that should never be,
Fetter in the mistake behind felicity,
The prejudicial world will never agree,
To this untold story though it's full of glee,
Caging themselves in the caves to kiss,
In the leaves they trace-
The feeling of affection,
While shackled in the chain of discretion,
But time will swiftly pace,
That incurable ill of disgrace-
Separates two lovers by immense wall,
Receding snow covers, then love will fall,
Both will have their families,
Because they never vanquish their enemies,
In the reflection, they see upon each other's years,
Thinking the dawn of love with lament of tears,
Because they never conquer instead they flee,
Then, drown in the nightmare of mendacity!
