Poem -
Rick and Vernie's wedding
My brother and Vernie got married on the 25th of September.
Their wedding is an occurence that I will always remember.
When they said their vows, my dad wiped tears from his eyes.
He was so touched to see his son get married that he cried.
Rick declared his love on the day when he married Vernie.
They'll be together for life and it will be a fantastic journey.
My brother has two stepsons and their names are Will and J.T.
Rick took his lovely bride on our parents' 45th anniversary.
It's great to know that these two are together.
Their love for each other will truly last forever.
(Dedicated to MR. and MRS. Rick Johnson who are celebrating their 3rd wedding anniversary today.)

A sincere family affair was this entire poems physical make up bonded together through sheer brotherly love and graciously, hand held out and accepted by the welcoming addition to the family, (your brothers new wife and (2) new sons)..Pride by you exhuberated, not only from this poem but from the heart as well, (of the presenter. I, (as one of your many readers), wish as well, to pass on my congratulations and hope there are many more to bestow (both couples) after the celebration of this one...Great poem Randy and way to go, for you are your brothers keeper and a true family man, as a brother and a son. An apple that felt not to far from your family tree in deed and happy anniversary to your parents as well as your brother/wife.....
