RIDING A BICYCLE

Never in my life have I ridden a bicycle before
It can't be that difficult for this I'm sure
Get on a seat and pedal looks easy to me
In this poem however you are about to see

I have planned my route and studied the highway code
Making sure I don't ride on a busy road
"I may be gone some time" an explorer once said
He wasn't referring to a mountain but riding a bike instead

So I took a deep breath and tried my best to chill
That's when I experienced a long and winding hill
The wind was also strong on my debut bike ride
My decision was simple I would be better off inside
