RIP CAPTAIN MOORE

He died a hero it has to be written and saidĀ
How sad and upsetting Captain Moore is dead
Grateful and touched by the sacrifice he madeĀ
Fearless and peerless and certainly not afraidĀ

The money he raised for our wonderful NHS
Touched my heart I really have to confessĀ
A true gentleman and a lovely humble manĀ
Walking for our medical staff was his planĀ

May you rest in peace and enjoy your long rest
You were without doubt simply the bestĀ
God will welcome you to heaven I am sureĀ
The one and only the unique Captain Moore
