Sad to hear today the passing of Roy Hudd 
A comedian who was extremely good
With his cheeky smile and witty jokes 
He will always be one of life's top blokes 

Whether it was on the radio or on the TV
He was a man on top of the funny tree 
Lived to a good age taken at eighty three 
The nation will mourn his style of comedy

Not only a comedian but a straight actor too
Was never offensive or broke any taboo 
So Rest in peace my dearest Roy 
You were without doubt a good old boy
