Rise

Susceptible to solitude, everybody needs to be jealous.
Tired of being ridiculed, they pray for a life like what ours is.
I’ll break my back serving you, you’re my world, my everything.
Obsessed with your each and every molecule, you’re the words these wrists sing.
Challenged with the idea of no more moments beside you.
We need to keep to ourselves, never in need of a wake up call.
Never need more than two, I’m wide awake as you sleep it off.
Teaching me to love again, licensing my heart.
No more tears, no pills, no falls.
You’ve given me a bachelors in believing.
A life-long rise into the stars and a doctorate through cupid’s dart. We sing..
