Rising

Rising
Being pushed down has me walking with my head down.
But my head does not stay down long.
It stays down long enough for me to look over my mistakes.
As I look over my mistakes I make a vow not to call them losses.
I realize making mistakes are life's lessons.
From those lessons my best wisdom was obtained from those experiences.
Life……. It will always consists of ups and downs.
My life is like a rollercoaster.
I rise. I fall. 
But my greatest high occurs the moment I rise after kneeling.
