Roll on Springtime

No I haven’t got time for the snow
There are places that I need to go
So many faces that I’d like to see
Yes this weather is hindering me

Biding my time feeling blue
but there’s nothing else I can do
I will wait til’ this snow goes away
my plans are on hold for today

Skies are grey and the earth is white
The weatherman got this one right
Tho he said the snow should turn to rain
Well when it does I can go out again

I will have to content myself and make another brew
and stop getting in a pickle
simmering in a stew
But roll on Springtime I cannot wait
Alas snow is an element I totally hate
