Poem -

Ruddy

Do you recall my name 'cause I remember yours
I remember the tint of your eyes when you are outdoors
Did you find someone, someone you can call special
Then I wish you the best, I bet she's great and gentle

Do you recall anything that involves us
I hope anything that we did wasn't superfluous
But I guess it doesn't matter because you're free and easy
I hope whoever you're dealing with is treating you sweetly

I just can't stop thinking about you
I can't believe you're someone I knew
A boy who used to be my buddy
Oh, how your face gets ruddy

And how your cheeks get chubby
When you are trying to be funny
But I'm gonna bite my tongue as always
I wish to speak to you again someday
