S L E E P E R S

S L E E P E R S

On the train
Who knows
The land
Better
Than the sleepers themselves
Each a milestone of
Chinese labor
Brothels and Chinese restaurants
Under a never ending sky
The day you die
Is the day
The train ride comes to an end
No more journeys
Who is man
If not a monster
On the way to the top end
War - we needed these tracks
Now they hardly run anymore
Except for a few lazy tourists
Alot of men died here
Grief lives here in sleepers
