Poem -

Sad Without You

I look out the window
Looking at your front door
Wishing you were here
It's so sad without you

I cooked salmon for dinner
You weren't here
Didn't taste the same
It's so sad without you

I watched our favorite TV show
Like we did to pass the evening away
I didn't laugh
It's so sad without you

I wanted to go out for dinner
Didn't want to go alone
So I just stayed home
It's so sad without you

I Know your not coming back
This day I did dread
I miss you so much son
It's so sad without you

We talked on the phone yesterday
You sounded so happy and excited
Working with a friend
I have to let you go but
It's so sad without you
