Saffron and walnuts

Lord give me breakfast

With pomegranate

Spiced with Saffron and

Walnuts upon

Persian Feseljoon

So that I may taste

The earth for all its

Sins and sons;

For the breath weak

The body ailing

In the destiny of the day.
