Poem -

Salted feet

I leak out, sneaking into the night.

Pungent fumes of salty wind call.

There it is, the forbidden shores:

meeting place of all desires.

Waves rise. Our paths clash.

Sandy feet greet water's reach.

I inhale the essence.

It's beautiful sixth sense,

Natural embers.

The sea gull alarm calls out.

Morning gods rise to retreat.

I walk home to the scent of salt and feet.
