SANDMAN

SANDMAN

As you lay there sleeping tight, your candle is we'll lit, i come though your dreams at night, and on your bed i sit. I sprinkle sand in your eyes, to keep the dreams at bay, I'll wait there till the morning, to make sure your okay. The nightmares in your mind, the demons never rest, fighting monsters in your dreams, im sure you'll do your best. When the morning comes, the darkness goes away, now the sunlights here, you know i cannot stay. But when the night returns, in your dreams i wait, I'll be there to help you, so mornings never late.
