science class

In the heart of a bustling classroom,
Girls gathered, a symphony of youth in bloom.
The science teacher, a maestro at his table,
Concocting a potion, stable or unstable?
Beakers clinked, a rainbow of solutions,
Eyes wide with bubbling curiosities and illusions.
A dash of this, a pinch of that,
Chemicals swirling in a hypnotic spat.
"Watch closely," he said, with a grin,
As he mixed the final ingredient in.
A pause, a silence, a held breath,
Then—BOOM—a dance with accidental death!
Hair flew, eyes blinked, ears rang,
The world turned upside down with a big bang.
Girls gasped, the room spun,
An experiment undone, the chaos begun.
Cages rattled, locks burst,
Nature's captives quenched their thirst.
Frogs leaped, rabbits hopped,
The orderly world had finally stopped.
Crickets chirped their freedom song,
Lizards scurried, not to be outdone for long.
Spiders crawled, weaving fate's new thread,
Mice scampered, a wild stampede was led.
Baby pythons, slithering with glee,
A classroom turned wild menagerie.
The teacher stood, chalk-white, a statue of shock,
As his well-laid plans were upended by the clock.
Screams echoed, a chorus of surprise,
As animals met their liberators' eyes.
Tables became shelters, chairs turned to forts,
A lesson in chaos, of the unplanned sort.
Ribbons of laughter tangled with fear,
A memory to be recounted for years.
The teacher's voice lost in the roar,
As critters claimed the floor.
Girls on tables, perched like birds,
Their laughter mingling with the absurd.
Frogs hopping into open books,
Rabbits nosing into every nook.
Crickets playing hide and seek,
Lizards climbing to the room's peak.
Spiders spinning, quick and sly,
Mice in a frenzy, oh me, oh my!
Pythons exploring with innocent charm,
No thought of doing any harm.
The teacher's plans, now gone awry,
A spectacle under the fluorescent sky.
Each girl a witness to nature's play,
A story to cherish, come what may.
The room a canvas of life unleashed,
A wild rumpus, not in the least policed.
As the dust settled, the room took shape,
A jungle scene, with no escape.
The teacher sighed, a smile beneath,
Amidst the chaos, a floral wreath.
Girls descended, a giggle here, a shriek there,
A ballet of youth, light as air.
Animals calmed, a new world found,
In corners, under desks, safe and sound.
Frogs nestled in beakers, a new pond's embrace,
Rabbits burrowed in papers, a cozy space.
Crickets serenaded, a rhythmic beat,
Lizards basked, enjoying the heat.
Spiders inspected the ceiling's vast land,
Mice cuddled in a makeshift band.
Pythons curled, a slumbering coil,
A day's adventure, a teacher's toil.
The bell rang, a signal to part,
Each girl left with a story at heart.
The teacher waved, his experiment done,
In the end, it was all in good fun.
A classroom of girls, a teacher's test,
A tale of a day that was one of the best.
For in that moment, wild and free,
They learned more than science—it was pure glee!
