Man is constantly building upon his love of truth
And his desire to communicate that truth
Without diluting it during self expression
Somehow "the poetic" springs from that need
To paint the truth
As the "eyes" do for beauty
And the "mind" does in memories recalled
The power in making sense of it all
Lies in the gifted individuals
Ability to convey
With eager honesty
And dedication to the recognition
Of the truth in beauty
And the willingness
To alter one's state of consciousness
While in the act
Of creation
Itself....
