Sea Shells by Williamsji Maveli

SYNOPSIS: The Sea is very deep and unknown to us like our own life. Still Sea is a mystery for all of us.  A seashell or sea shell, also known simply as a shell, is a hard, protective outer layer created by a creature that lives in the sea. The shell is part of the body of the living thing. Empty seashells are often found washed up on the beautiful beaches or shores. The shells are empty because the creature has died and the soft parts have been eaten by another creature. The term seashell usually refers to the Skelton of an animal without a backbone. Most shells that are found on beaches are the shells of marine debris. Like sea shells, in life, we get few residues or debris. I am trying to bring out that life remains into poetic lines for our valuable COSMO readers under this title. This includes short poems or any Haiku's from my Pen - WILLIAMSJI MAVELI

Shell: 1

• My fancies are sea shells-
• Specks of oceanic beauty;
• Abandoned on the shores;
• Kissed by the cool waves!

Shell: 2

• My verses are light-
• Let the roaring waves
• Hear it and sing loudly
• Along with her dance!

Shell: 3

• She goes under her depths
• Of depths, hunting for love;
• Returns bare hands; fully nude;
• Death embraced her love!

Shell: 4

• I touch her in my song;
• Like the mountain touches  
• a far away flowing river
• with its forceful waterfalls !

Shell: 5

• Those paper ships of love
• are meant to wreck on the
• Ripples of life, and not to
• Reach any destinations!
