THREADS OF GOLD                                                                                                                                                  A drape of silk, a canvas finely spun,
Where threads of gold and silver intertwine,
To catch the light and glisten in the sun,

It falls in pleats, a river's gentle flow,
A story told in every fold and hue,
Of ancient crafts that artisans bestow,
A heritage eternally felt and new.
With pallu rich, a pattern of the past,
It speaks of grace and poise in every sway,
A cherished beauty, meant to truly last,
Through modern times and every changing day.
So let it stand, a symbol strong and deep,
A legacy of culture we will keep.
