Sea sick

Sea sick

They say falling in love is like watching a sunset; slow and steady, then all at once.
I think I loved you the moment we met,
There was a deep knowing that you would be the one.

It wasn't something I understood at the time,
I just knew I wanted to be close to you.
The way a sailor is drawn to the sea,
How land no longer feels right under his feet.
That's how I felt the moment you looked at me; as though no other set of eyes could ever make me feel complete.
