I Remember Spring
When we had our first fling
Our love became strong
As we went along
Life was great
As we became soul mates
We had joy, we had fun
We loved under the moon and under the sun
The Spring of our life together had begun

As Summer came
And we were not tame
Our love became stronger
As the children came along
At times life was wild, and not always so kind
We look at our children with pride
Which we did not wish to hide

Summer had come and with our children life went on

As Autumn came
We became tame
As the leaves were turning
For the years gone we were yearning
As the children grew
It was their time as they knew
And we loved in the rain
And forgot our pain

Autumn had come as we began slowing down,

Now that Winter has come                    
Grandparents we’ve become
Our children are gone
But we are not alone
As time now makes us mild
We remember times that were wild
As we have loved through the season
Our Winter love is the reason
