See How It All 'Pans' Out

See How It All 'Pans' Out

Like the gold prospectors waiting to strike it rich,
as it turned out, everything went without a hitch;
not always that good, things not going as they should,
you were told to go the extra mile if only you could.

A relief to find that you managed to come after all,
appreciated maybe not but anyway it was your call;
who would doubt that compasssion exists, only a fool,
especially when love grows colder and ardour may cool.

The greek god played games until decency shames,
there was no one left to say who really blames;
we didn't expect horns and a tail, we might just fail,
to see insignificance pale in every single detail.

We may be promoted to a level where can't come down,
hence failure may only confirm the satyr's horny crown.

Hello Terry...

Things worth fighting for is not easy...

We might get bruised or worse...

If we're not strong enough maybe, we just need to get out the way?

Nice reminder...

Hi Sparrow,
Sure thing,
we must learn what to do,
if only some were as smart
as me and you!!
Good night.
Love,
Terry.
