WORKING IT OUT . . . . . . . .
Did you do that - or end up like a fat cat?
Still trying but perhaps I need a different hat;
you have to endure many farts in this life,
fools are paramount and absurdity is rife.
Look at Trump and Putin - who put the boot in?
It's extraordinary, nothing less than a big sin,
we look on - powerless, not even a guess,
most of us bland and don't really care less.
Are you like that - how lucky we are, some not,
time's running out, ants in a barrel, we forgot
that we are nothing - unless you're a 'Sparrow,'
see you in heaven - your words I shall borrow.
So all it takes is some careful management,
a noisy leaver is better than an unwelcome tenant.

I don't know what happened...
I definitely did something wrong...
The fatter I tried to get the skinnier I got...
Doctors said it's my metabolism...
Some people said it will slow Dow when I get older...
How old do I have to get?
I have a friend with the same problem...
If I ate what she eats it would definitely shrink me faster...
She said if she ate what I eat...
She would turn into a Balloon...
Obviously, we don't exchange many Recipes...

Some light entertainment is always welcome when it comes to world politics, the godfather anthem would go well on this poem. LoL 🤣 I was recently in London and I very happily bought home to Italy 15 kilos of Cadbury. Some would call it comfort eating I just call it live for today regret it tomorrow 10.000 steps a day and all that, maybe it should be 10.000 chips. 🤣
