Self Sacrifice

Self Sacrifice

Fill me right,
With the brilliant white,
Guiding light,
Prayers to be answered this same night.

Fill the tub of faith,
Impatient people cannot wait,
Time is early but I am late,
Bloody traffic flows from lacerated vein.

Imagining a man of old,
Water red, body cold,
Tired Angel hands no longer hold,
The blood stained soul unfairly sold.

Fading sight bodies turned blue,
All life sucked out of the room,
If this is happiness never knew,
Dreampt of going home but heaven was not for you.
