Tied up in my universe,

Ignoring the love around me,

Negative focus is adverse.

  I look towards myself,

Seeing all wrong with me done,

Friends, love and family put on a shelf.

Mind tangled,

Body wearing down,

My life is mangled.

Love, positive energy, thoughts flow,

A weak mind can win,

And I will stop to grow.
