Poem -

The Seventh Day

~~I am the sky where the stars are born
I am the meadows ripe with corn
I am the fold where the lamb is shorn
I lay me down with a will

I am the forest deep and dark
I am the voice of the meadow lark
Mine is the hand that limned the shark
I lay me down with a will

I was there when  time began
Mine was the Earth's celestial plan
I breathed the life force into man
I lay me down with a will
