SHADOWS
I am the shadowed corners
That make you start
I am the moving stillness
That stops your heart
I am the icy fingers
That play the air
Soft tread of footfall
On the stair
I am the whispered breath
You can't quite feel
The dancing lightsΒ
You can't quite see
I am in your head
And all around
I am the chilling scream
That makes no sound
You know I'm here
You feel me near
I walk with you
My name is
Fear.
