Shattered Soul

Shattered Soul

Piece by piece right from the start
In tiny fragments
You broke my heart

I was so weak that I stood by
Bit by bit
I question why

Like shattered glass
A sharpened shard
You smashed my thoughts
A soul so hard

It is impossible to heal
Though I pray in time I may
How does my mind feel
I really cannot say

A broken personality
Is all that I do see
You squashed my fun & laughter
Please God will you help me?
