" SHE "
She came to me like sunshine
Pouring over me, like honey
Changing me, into the uncomplicated
And helping me to see
That our Earth is teeming, so alive
Like the ebullience
Created by champagne,
Like the kiss,
She gave to me
Quite willingly...
How is it such a woman
So simplistic,
So filled with life,
See's me
And, feels me too?
For my heart is filled
With a complicated
Darkness...
Yet,
When she is near,
I bathe
In the unfamiliar,
The pristine,
Light,
Of She...
