Poem -

She happened

I didn't happen to her .

She happened to me.

I can't do much at the age of three.

How lucky you are. Yes, living in my prison bars

of pain.

And call me what you will but I'm no one's child

I bear no name.

I'm a shame.

A burden .

After all she did for you.

After all she did to me .

Alas I can't forget we .

There were others

I have brothers

And sisters

We're all tangled trying to get loose

The rope.

The rope is too tight

We're all connected and oh so horribly affected.

So what's next when we finally get free?

What happens to us?

What happens to me?
