She Is Numb

I see a girl. Walking alone. Wearing an emotionless mask. but her eyes full of pain and sadness. She has no will to keep going. So confused by feeling nothing. Except from the numbness of her body.

To the point of numbness she just yearns for a feeling. Any feeling. Just to know she was still alive. The numbing is taking over her body and she is getting more insane with each day that passes. 

I don't think she can take much more of the feeling of feeling nothing. She's been acting different. She has been shutting herself away from the world. Doing unspeakable things to her body to keep herself assured that she is still alive. 

She didn't come to school the next day and i knew what had happened. Ijust could feel it. The feeling of being numb had gotten to her. And the only cure she knew was to see the lovely red stains on the knife and dripping slowly to the floor.

She was gone and the numbness has taken yet another victim.
