She of the darkness
carried slung around the stolen neck
a small sea shell
i watched it bounce against the waves of her tide
a small escaped bead of sweat ran a race along the straw like string
reaching its demise and feathering in swirling descent to the patient ground
Her stretched skin ,
pressed the form into fragrant jailed fibres
She of the darkness
Raven flowing breezes in eaten cascades
waterfalls of imagination erupted spilling into shattering orbs
in my drowning i held that brief charge
as mist collected from dawns virgin sigh
posted to those who only see empty sight
She of the darkness
undressed in robes of mountain stream
through times fountain
an ocean bell tolls in hell's crying hoards
bleeding into a pleading night, i watch the hanging shell
with borrowed madness i cling too the darkness
she loved so well
but ive become that thing hung from her collected regret
She of the darkness
painted in performance
taken in traded fools and kisses
left now rested on cold mornings granite smile
i leave peace wrapped in flowers and salted tears
