Poem -

she smiled

She smiled when she was happy

She smiled when she was sad

She smiled even when the whole world was treating her bad

She smiled as she cried what she called tears of joy

And always smiled when even she had been mentally destroyed.

She smiled through the pain

She smiled through the hurt

She never let anyone properly inside

She said the more people smile the more they have to hide

She knew she was sad

She didn’t want to carry on

But then the smile was soon gone

She smiled as she died

Died there alone

The letters they found told us all the unknown

She was hurting inside and that’s why she said

The more people smile the more they have to hide.
