Poem -

tears

As she wipes the tears off her face

She gets her foundation and applies the base

This is all a cover she says

As she puts it over her spots and her scars that she hates

She’s applying her mascara soft and slow

There goes another tear that rolls

Rolls down her face so soft so slow

When will she stop feeling this low?

Everything about her she really does hate

She tries to smile as she stands in front of the mirror

Shes very late

She gets her bag

Shes ready for the day

Only god knows when these tears in the morning will stop rolling down her face.
