Shell of a man

Sleeping with a shell of a man who's body just there but know feelings of affection just coldness as if he was just dead.but body Still warm laying here besides me as if every thing was ok but even his kisses and smile was so fake.but why do I stay as I contiplate on leaving but my heart say stay
with this shell of a man who might just change one day. and value my worth for his love and appreciate me instead of going through emotions say that his love is for keeps but yet not once proving it genuinely because actions speak better then words more clearly
