Shut down

My life is a spiral going down, down, down I can't stop until I finally find rock bottom, CRASH! I am here I have finally hit rock bottom, I don't know what to do or how to respond, so I scream in pain as I take the knife to my wrist, I am here, rock bottom, since I don't know how to deal with my emotions I just burry them in blood, tears, and pain, oh so much pain, but what can I do, this is all I know, I can't find a way out, there is no way out, there is no way out, once you hit rock bottom, because once you are here you feel alone and unloved, you feel ugly and tired of your life, to find a way out of rock bottom, so this is where I am, this is where I will stay because there is no way out once you have hit, rock bottom.
